Blåsippsbackens Mathantverk produces ice cream and sorbet with exciting flavors, especially of berries, fruits and herbs. For example, how about rosemary mixed with hazelnuts? The ice cream is handmade by the Lindell Hagelin family, who see it as a challenge to experiment with exciting flavors and new flavor combinations according to the season.
Milk is collected from Västervad Milk and eggs from Landsberga Farm. The ice cream is sold in cups of different sizes. They are happy to take orders for ice cream of your choice. If you have suggestions for flavor, the family will do their best to develop recipes and make the ice cream just the way you want it. And if you have your own berries or fruits, they can use them in the making. Imagine being able to offer ice cream flavored with your own berries from the garden at a party! They now also make classic Swedish cheesecake.
In the courtyard there is a self-service stall, the Ice Cream Parlor, where you can buy ice cream and cheesecake at any time, it is always open. During Fjärdhundraland events, an ice cream café is organized in the courtyard and sometimes the family also sells at markets.
