Near the Lårstavikenens water east of Örsundsbro is made Skogsbacken's cheese, on organic cow's milk from Folsberga dairy farm in Vallby, Enköping. Marih and Ramon Jonsson make cheeses as Skogsbackens blue, Don Ramon and The Pearl of the Thigh - KRAV-marked and amazingly good!
You can buy the cheeses directly at the dairy, with self-service, every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
You can also buy cheeses on the forest slope Salnecke castle café, Landsberga farm shop and Österby farm. If you are at a conference in the hooks, chances are you will also be served cheese from Skogsbacken.
