Simtuna kyrka

Simtuna church is located right next to the noisy road 70, but already when you walk across the cemetery with its erect cypresses, the peace and quiet is there.The church was built in the 13th century, but many later periods have left their mark. Inside the church are vault paintings from the 1460s by the so-called Ärentuna master.The church is newly renovated and was reopened in 2011.
