Thin bread course 13 May
My heart beats a little extra for flatbread. And flatbread should be baked together! For 2.5 hours, we learn about raw materials, techniques and tools. We roll and bake, drink coffee and let the butter melt on the freshly baked bread.
At the end of the evening, you get to take home the flatbread we baked. The course fee also includes coffee and a sandwich when you arrive. You will also receive recipes and a compendium of tips and tricks for baking at home.
