Sara has a lifelong interest in food – and especially bread. When she found sourdough, her interest in bread accelerated even further, and in the end there was nothing else to do but open a bakery!
The flour comes from small-scale mills and is often different types of cultured grain from local farms. Together with the sourdough's long fermentation times, bread is created with rich flavors and a lovely texture. Real bread!
During the bakery's first five years, Sara ran it at home in the kitchen, but now a newly built, larger bakery is ready, which allows her to bake even more bread! You can also buy her bread on the REKO rings in Vasteras, Uppsala The housing estates, Sollentuna and Bridge.
