Agnes van Ginkel and her family moved from Holland to Sweden in 2021 and enjoy living in the countryside where they have the space to realize their dreams. Agnes has worked as a pastry chef in the Netherlands for twenty years and wanted to start her own bakery with Dutch pastries.
Of course, she makes Stroopwafels, perhaps the most well-known Dutch cake. But you can also try Gevulde koeken, Boterkoekblokjes, Appelkoeken, Bossche bollen or the more moderate Worstenbroodje and Saucijzenbroodjes. Everything is home-baked craftsmanship with local ingredients.
