Holm's church looks nothing like the other churches in the area, although the bell tower is a typical Uppland model. The church itself was built in the 1670s, replacing a destroyed medieval church. The church served both as a parish church and as a castle church for the nearby Sjöö Castle.
The interior of the church has a very 18th century feel, with a special all-in-one design of altar, pulpit and organ.
Outside the church you will find rune stone U824.
