Blåmögelosten Skogsbackens Blå tricks the bronze site with the points 15.5 and the reasoning: Beautiful and rustic cheese. The cut surface is homogeneous both in terms of color and mold distribution. It is in a very good stage of the maturation process. Long and nice aftertaste.
