New collaborations on locally produced food in Uppland

Fjärdhundraland ran the project New collaborations on locally produced food in Uppland. The partners are - besides Fjärdhundraland - Smaka på Västmanland, Bondens mat i Uppland and the REKO-rings in Uppsala and Enköping. The project idea aimed to establish cooperation between several different networks of food producers. In the project, we conducted a network meeting for food artisans on August 10 at Wik Castle. And on September 3, 2022, activities were carried out at a food market with local food on Garden Day in Enköping. In the food market area, there was a stage program where we highlighted the local food artisans and products. All to make it easier for consumers to find good, local food.
