Adolfsborgs has about 70 hives and the beekeeping company harvests around two tonnes of honey per year. The honey is both natural and flavored and can be found in some grocery stores around Mälardalen, but can also be bought directly from the farm.
In the farm shop you can also buy beehives and glass jars in various sizes. In addition to honey, they are great to have with jams, pickles, jams and other homemade products. Soon you will also be able to shop the entire range online, in a newly started online store.
Susanna Ågren, who owns the company Adolfsborgs, thinks it is both fun and educational to be a beekeeper. It is easy to become fascinated by the interplay of diligent bees in nature. Many more people should be engaged in beekeeping, on a large or small scale, because almost everything we eat, directly or indirectly, is dependent on pollinating insects. As a beekeeper, you both contribute to biological diversity and support Swedish agriculture,
