Welcome to a day of yoga, ayurveda and nourishing stillness in the fall
Feel the pace slowing down. Allow your body and mind to land in the calm of fall - a time for reflection, recovery and inner balance. During this day we guide you through soft, present yoga and introduce you to ayurveda - the millennia-old Indian philosophy of life that helps us understand our unique needs and how we can live more in tune with nature and the changing seasons.
You will learn about the three dorsal horn - Vata, Pitta and Kapha - and get an insight into which of them dominates in you. We'll explore how you can support your body and mind using simple Ayurvedic principles to find your way back to balance, especially now that the autumn winds are blowing and we're drawing more inward.
We enjoy warming, nutritious food, spicy teas and healthy treats - all with Ayurvedic care.
