On August 15, 2025, Skokloster's micro-mustardy will start again. Here you book a place for between 30 and 150 kg of apples you want to have mustered. Do you have more apples than that? Please contact us!
You can book an appointment by texting Tove on 070-5693858, or send an email to with a request for a time. We will get back to you as soon as we can once we have checked if there is a suitable time. Read below about what is important before the mustering. We release times 2-3 weeks in advance. Please note that we cannot handle unbooked customers.
Minimum booking; 30 kg, which gives about 15-20 liters of must depending on apple variety etc. Count on about 0.5l must per kg of apples. YOU PAY VIA SWISH FOR THE SAMPLED NUMBER OF LITERS AT PICK-UP.
Pasteurized must: 33 KR PER LITER MUST. This includes the bag but not the box, i.e. transparent plastic packaging but not the cardboard box around it. Bring your whole cartons that were used last year. They can be used again. If you also want to buy a cardboard box, this costs SEK 10.
Unpasteurized Raw Must where you bring your own pet bottles / cans: 25 KR PER LITER MUST. Then the must is not pasteurized but bottled in your own, well-cleaned containers and then has a shelf life of 3-5 days in the refrigerator or one year in the freezer.
Your must will obviously taste best when the fruit is ripe and sweet, which you can tell by the blackness of the seeds. Please let us know which type of apple you want to juice.
A filled paper bag is about 10-12 kg. That's a manageable weight for us to work with. DELIVER YOUR APPLES IN PLASTIC/IKEA BOXES and mark with your name and phone number. We will must within the next few days and then send you an SMS when your must is ready.
Once you have made your reservation, you are welcome to leave your fruit with us at Stavsund by appointment, or at Skoklostervägen 89, Skokloster Tuesday or Thursday before 10.00
The apple tree must not be in a pasture where there are animals. Feel free to pick fallen fruit, but make sure they are fine. Minor bumps are OK. If we have to clear fruit because it has gone bad, a fee of SEK 300 will be added.
