Piano evening with Julia Isaksson

A dear guest of Forsby Kvarn Musikscen, pianist Julia Isaksson, will return after her acclaimed piano evening in the mill in 2023.
Julia made her international soloist debut at the age of 18 in Hamburg, after winning first prize at the Steinway Piano Festival. She has won several competitions, including gold in the Berlingske Tidende Classical Music Competition and first prize in both the Stockholm International Music Competition and the Feurich International Music Competition in Vienna. Julia has been awarded several prestigious scholarships and was named recipient of the Sparbanken Skånes Kulturstipendium in 2024.
Julia graduated from the Royal Academy of Music in London with both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree with highest honors. After her studies in London, she continued her education in interpretation at the Malmö Academy of Music and Edsberg Castle.
