On Saturday, August 11, it is time for this year's second concert on the Forsby mill music scene. Four-handed version of Igor Stravinsky's Spring presents with Kristine Scholz and Mats Persson are replaced by jazz with Monica Dominique and Palle Danielsson.
Two Sundays in August, 5/8 and 12/8 kl 10–17, you are welcome to taste Fjärdhundraland with the help of a simple and fun rebus hunt. No less than twenty-six visiting companies and attractions participate! They offer a little extra these days, with generous opening hours and special offers.
Tomorrow Saturday you can visit Forsby mill's building care camp, and follow the ongoing work on renovating the mill's side towards the river. “Open Monday” at 12–15. Forsby mill café is also open. On Saturday it is also Gårdsloppis in Gästre at 10–17. Several sellers, garden café, pelagons, kerosene lamps with spare parts etc.
On Friday 29/6, it slams: premiere at Det susar, Paddebo Culture Society's major theater project in Fjärdhundra, where we get to follow three girls in their dreams, longing and reality, about courage, friendship and cars. The story takes place in the 1940s, somewhere in Sweden. Book your tickets - it will be an experience! It hurts
Tuesday June 26, Vånsjö opens butterfly garden for the season. Here you can get close to butterflies and other insects, in a beautiful garden, with flowering plants selected to be a smorgasbord for the pollinating insects.
