Christina took the SM medal in food crafts

Congratulations to Christina Lagerlöf on Lagerlöfska Magasinet who won silver in the Swedish Championship in Food Crafts! Christina participated in the Other Marmalade class with her ”Pistage” - apple and citrus marmalade. This was the jury's motivation: “A modern and exciting marmalade with a fine balance and fresh acid from self-made apple vinegar. The pistachios were well integrated with the fine apple pieces of the Magelemer variety. " The SM in food crafts was held November 10-11 during the Mitt Kök exhibition in Älvsjö.
