Christina participated in the Other Marmalade class with her ”Pistage” - apple and citrus marmalade.This was the jury's motivation: “A modern and exciting marmalade with a fine balance and fresh acid from self-made apple vinegar. The pistachios were well integrated with the fine apple pieces of the Magelemer variety. "The SM in food crafts was held November 10-11 during the Mitt Kök exhibition in Älvsjö.
