During the summer, there’s plenty to enjoy in Fjärdhundraland—everything from concerts on balmy summer evenings and refreshing dips at one of the many swimming spots to an inspiring pasta-making class.

Swimming beaches
There are many swimming spots throughout Fjärdhundraland. Via the link You'll find a map of the swimming spots and can also see which cafés, farm shops, and attractions are nearby.
Courses
Would you like to learn something new this summer? If so, there are several exciting courses to choose from. Take a Woodworking class for girls, women, and grandmas at Hard Working Woman AB and build your own roast tower. Enhance your culinary skills at Bacana – Artisan Pasta, where you’ll learn how to make Pasta from Scratch with locally sourced ingredients. Did you know that geraniums are a delicacy? Susanne, a master gardener and owner of SoL Trädgård & Tjänster, is holding a Geranium Course where, among other things, you'll get to sample geraniums.
The Rounds
A sure sign of summer is two of Fjärdhundraland's four rounds: Flea Market Tour July 4–5, 2026, and Food & People August 29–30, 2026.
The Loppisrundan list includes a total of 61 addresses The Flea Market Map, which you can download and use to plan a wonderful route. New this year is that you can also Reserve a seat on the Högberg bus, which takes you to four selected stops along the Loppisrundan route.
Food & People Year after year, this is a popular event that attracts food lovers from near and far to sample their way through Fjärdhundraland. A tasting plate costs 50 kronor.
Movies and Music
There are several popular music venues throughout Fjärdhundraland. Kafé Bredsjön and Widelake Blues & Rock has a substantial concert program featuring everything from country rock to blues and rock 'n' roll. Fröslunda Hage offers three concerts this summer, where the concert with Sarah Dawn Finer is one of the highlights. Old cinema in Örsundsbro offers a diverse selection of movies for all ages.
