Creative cooking in the Food Forest

12/4, 13/4, 26/4, 27/4, 3/5, 4/5, 11/5. 9 a.m.
Fyra timmars skörd och matlagning med handledning. Vi skördar av de perenna grönsakerna som växer bland träd och buskar. Tillsammans med sommargrönsaker och ätbara blommor tillagar vi flera olika maträtter och äter oss igenom smakerna samtidigt som ni får föreläsning om permakulturell odling.
Today's menu is prepared but will be shaped by our imagination with what we find in the country.
Vegetariskt.
We harvest and cook the food on a rotating basis if the weather is nice.
In case of rain, we harvest everything at once and then go inside under cover.
Toilets are available.
Wheelchair can go around the crops, cooking area must be arranged for wheelchair so important that you notify me in advance.
