Zowel Martin als Jessica Faiss van Granum Musteri hebben een passie voor pomologie, appelteelt en appelmost. Dit is al vele generaties het geval, de boerderij wordt al sinds de jaren 1840 door dezelfde familie doorgegeven en de appelteelt is altijd een kernactiviteit geweest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vandaag de dag zijn er twee plantages - de oude en de nieuwe. De oude stamt uit de jaren 1930 en 1940 en bestaat uit solitaire bomen op grote, sterk groeiende stammen. De nieuwe werd geplant in 2020 en is een moderne boomgaard met leibomen waar de bomen dicht op elkaar staan met zwak groeiende stammen. Beide appelboomgaarden hebben gemeen dat er oude Zweedse vari\u00ebteiten worden geteeld, zoals \u00c5ker\u00f6, Cox Orange en Ingrid Marie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je kunt je appels inleveren bij het kleinschalige mostcentrum. De most, die wordt gepasteuriseerd en verpakt in een bag-in-box, is ongefilterd en volledig zonder toevoegingen, alleen 100% appels. Je kunt ook de fijne most van de boerderij zelf kopen. In 2021 ontvingen Martin en Jessica een bronzen medaille in de Must-SM voor hun \"Ingrid Marie\"!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De teelt en most zijn gecertificeerd biologisch en Granum is een gecertificeerde Eldrimner voedselambachtsman.
