Wat is het leukste dat je kunt doen als je samen iets nieuws wilt doen? Een foodtruck kopen natuurlijk! Dat dachten \u00c5sa en Svante tenminste, die in hun paarse truck rondreizen om het plezier van eten te verspreiden. Je kunt ze vaak vinden bij een boerderijwinkel, winkel of ander bedrijf, maar je kunt de truck ook huren om naar je verjaardagsfeest of bedrijfsevenement te komen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het echtpaar legt de nadruk op lokale producten in hun gevarieerde menu. Het vlees in hun hamburgers komt vaak van Kromsta boerderij<\/a> en de elektrische kaas van Skogsbacken kaas<\/a>. Kvarnnibbles appelmost<\/a> smaakt goed met! \u00c5sa werkt al haar hele leven met eten en is een chef-kok die een feestmaal uit een lege koelkast tovert. Svante is haar perfecte hulpje in de auto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De uitvalsbasis is in \u00d6rsundsbro, maar de gredelina auto duikt op allerlei plekken op in Fj\u00e4rdhundraland en omgeving. Kijk op FB of Instagram om te zien waar ze vandaag staan!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
