Het vee op Ekbolanda graast een groot deel van het jaar op natuurlijke weiden. Dit levert goed en smakelijk vlees op, maar de grazende muilezels doen ook geweldig werk voor de biodiversiteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieren die grazen op oude weiden en graslanden houden het landschap open en zorgen ervoor dat allerlei soorten bijen, hommels, vlinders en insecten kunnen overleven, omdat de vegetatie veel gevarieerder en diverser wordt. En zoals we allemaal weten, zijn bijen en hommels van vitaal belang voor alles wat geteeld wordt. Helaas worden open weiden en grasland steeds zeldzamer in Zweden, dus natuurlijk weidevlees is de beste keuze!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al het vlees van de boerderij is KRAV-gecertificeerd. Het wordt verkocht op REKO ringen of rechtstreeks van de boerderij. Het pakhuis van de boerderij heeft een gezellig caf\u00e9 met huisgemaakt gebak van Kristin. Daar kun je ook ambachtelijk voedsel van andere producenten, bloemen, interieurdetails en koopjes in de kleine rommelmarktkamer boven kopen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
