Bij de brug, in het centrum van \u00d6rsundsbro, staat een klein rood vakwerkgebouw. Het is het kleine handelsmuseum Kappen. Hier was de eerste co\u00f6peratieve winkel van Zweden gevestigd, opgericht in 1850. Om de economie van de boeren te verbeteren, zorgde de ondernemende gouverneur Robert von Kraemer ervoor dat Lagunda en Hagunda h\u00e4raders goedereninkoopbedrijf<\/em> werd opgericht. Het bedrijf functioneerde als producenten- en consumentenco\u00f6peratie. Graan werd verkocht tegen hogere prijzen dan de boeren individueel kregen en goederen werden in Stockholm gekocht tegen lagere prijzen dan in de naburige steden Enk\u00f6ping en Uppsala. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In het kleine museum vind je een mooie collectie van oude boerderijwinkelinrichtingen en leer je ook over de plaatselijke maritieme geschiedenis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
