In Kronbacken voert de familie Gauffin-Lindberg een bijenteelt waarbij kwaliteit en bijengezondheid centraal staan. De bijenstallen staan op verschillende locaties met wisselende vegetatie en de honing wordt bij verschillende gelegenheden geoogst. Dit alles om vele soorten honing te verkrijgen. De verschillen in smaak, kleur en textuur kunnen enorm zijn! Ze vinden het leuk om klanten verschillende smaakervaringen te kunnen bieden in plaats van industrieel verwerkte honing, waar partijen worden gemengd en verhit en de smaak op elkaar gaat lijken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voor de behandeling van varroamijten worden alleen biologische methoden gebruikt. De familie bouwt zelf nieuwe kolonies, waarbij ze streven naar de best mogelijke bijengezondheid, temperament en honingproductie. Ze kweken ook hun eigen koninginnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Honing wordt op afspraak verkocht op de boerderij, op markten en in verschillende boerderijwinkels. Je kunt ook eersteklas was kopen voor zalven, cosmetica, enz. Het is 100 procent pure was die de bijen zelf in de zomer hebben geproduceerd. De honing voldoet aan de kwaliteitseisen van de Zweedse imkervereniging en mag daarom hun labels en zegel dragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je kunt honing ook vinden in Boerderijwinkel Landsberga<\/a>op Kasteel Wik<\/a>, Kasteel Haga<\/a>, Boerderij J\u00e4dra<\/a> en met Pekoe biologische thee<\/a>. De honing die in Wik Castle wordt verkocht en in de restaurantkeuken wordt gebruikt, komt van de bijenkorven in het kasteelpark. De honing in Landsberga boerderijwinkel, J\u00e4dra boerderij en Pekoe biologische thee komt ook uit bijenstallen die daar staan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De honing van Kronbacken zit ook in de geschenkpakketten met producten van Fj\u00e4rdhundraland die kopers en verkopers ontvangen van Fastighetsbyr\u00e5n in Enk\u00f6ping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
