In de zuidwesthoek van \u00c4ngs\u00f6n, aan de oevers van het M\u00e4larmeer, vind je \u00c4ngs\u00f6 Fisk, dat gespecialiseerd is in traditionele en duurzame commerci\u00eble visserij. Er is een viswinkel die verse en gerookte vis verkoopt en een onbemande zelfbedieningsviskiosk. Een deel van de vangst wordt verwerkt in hun eigen rokerij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c4ngs\u00f6 Fisk is een heerlijke bestemming, want hier kun je niet alleen vis kopen, maar ook genieten van een goede lunch of koffie. Naast de viswinkel ligt het Fiskarfruns caf\u00e9, dat in het zomerseizoen geopend is. Ze serveren gerechten gemaakt met hun eigen gerookte vis, vegetarische opties en eenvoudige gerechten zoals pannenkoeken en ijs. Bij de koffie wordt vaak huisgemaakt gebak geserveerd. Het caf\u00e9 heeft volledige rechten en in samenwerking met Hantverksbryggeriet in V\u00e4ster\u00e5s heeft \u00c4ngs\u00f6 Fisk het bier \u00c4ngs\u00f6 ljus lager ontwikkeld, dat ter plekke kan worden gedronken. Het is ook te koop bij Systembolaget. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per Vidlund is een visser van de vijfde generatie in het M\u00e4larmeer en begon zijn bedrijf in 1979, toen hij nog maar 16 jaar oud was. Samen met zijn vrouw Pauline runt hij \u00c4ngs\u00f6 Fisk. Ze vissen het hele jaar door in een klein deel van het M\u00e4larmeer op geleasde viswateren. Ze zetten zich in voor duurzame visserij zodat kleinere, ondermaatse vissen uit het vistuig kunnen zwemmen en kunnen groeien om de visbestanden te versterken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het assortiment omvat snoekbaars, snoek, baars, snoekbaars, kwabaal en brasem, afhankelijk van het seizoen en de beschikbaarheid. In de ommuurde rokerij wordt een deel van de vis op traditionele wijze gerookt met elzenhout. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als je een eigen boot hebt, kun je aanleggen aan de steiger om de viswinkel of het caf\u00e9 te bezoeken. Er zijn ook ongeveer tien caravanplaatsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
