De oudste delen van de kerk van Teda dateren van rond 1200, maar de kerk is vele malen uitgebreid en veranderd. Het zogenaamde Stureska grafkoor uit de 17e eeuw domineert vandaag de dag de voorkant van de kerk. Het werd gebouwd door de leidende familie in de omgeving op de boerderij Str\u00f6msta. In de tijd van de Grootmachten was het gebruikelijk dat belangrijke families zich onderscheidden door een weelderige graftombe te bouwen in de parochiekerk, de naburige kerk Enk\u00f6pings-neus<\/a> heeft er bijvoorbeeld ook een.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als je de kerk binnenkomt, springt het kleurrijke koorraam in het oog. Het werd in 1960 gemaakt door kunstenaar Harald Lindberg en toont enkele van de belangrijkste kerkelijke feesten van het jaar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De preekstoel is in renaissancestijl uit 1644, met kleine beelden van de vier evangelisten die in hun eigen \u201dpoortje\u201d staan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
