Schillstr\u00f6ms Hantverksbageri is gevestigd in Gamla B\u00e5lsta, waar zoete en zuurdesembroden worden gebakken met traditionele granen. Jessica en Natalia, die de bakkerij runnen, droomden er al lang van om een eigen plek te beginnen waar ze hun eigen stempel op konden drukken. De bakkerij is sinds november 2023 open en de twee bakkers zijn erg blij met hun zaak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beiden hebben een schat aan ervaring in de branche, zoals bleek toen ze in 2024 twee gouden medailles en de beste van hun klas wonnen op het Zweedse kampioenschap voor ambachtelijke producten. Ze zijn erg kwaliteitsbewust en gebruiken zoveel mogelijk biologische en lokale ingredi\u00ebnten. Veel van het meel komt van J\u00e4dra pastorie.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bij de bakkerij kun je ook ontbijten en een lichte lunch nemen of een koffiepauze met broodjes, gebak en cake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je kunt ook taart bestellen, er is een vaste selectie die verandert afhankelijk van het seizoen en wat er in de seizoenen beschikbaar is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
