Op de weg tussen H\u00e4rkeberga en Skolsta staat een runensteen die het verhaal vertelt van iemand die duizend jaar geleden in K\u00e4lsta woonde. De runensteen heeft een kruis, wat betekent dat de besteller een christen was, en er wordt aangenomen dat de runemeester Erik de steen heeft gekerfd. Erik werd geacht actief te zijn geweest rond 1030-1050<\/a>, aan het einde van wat wij het Vikingtijdperk noemen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De tekst op de steen wordt als volgt ge\u00efnterpreteerd: \u201dLidsman en Toke richtten deze steen op naar \u00c5g\u00f6t. Hij woonde in K\u00e4lsta.\u201d De plaatsnaam K\u00e4lsta (Kelsst\u01eb\u00f0um<\/em>) leven na duizend jaar nog steeds voort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
