Skokloster Choklad is opgericht in 2020, maar chocolade maakte al lang daarvoor deel uit van Tove's leven. Nu maakt ze haar eigen chocolade met liefde, vakmanschap en passie, helemaal van exclusieve cacaobonen die ze zelf roostert, tot chocoladerepen omhuld met hartjes (bean to bar), kleine stukjes chocolade en pralines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cacaobonen komen uit verschillende landen op verschillende continenten. Net als bij wijn hangt de smaak af van de locatie en het type boon dat verbouwd wordt. Het zijn allemaal traceerbare cacaobonen van \u00e9\u00e9n enkele herkomst - goed voor de boeren en het milieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tove probeert altijd zo weinig mogelijk toevoegingen en biologische ingredi\u00ebnten te gebruiken. Naast haar eigen chocolade gebruikt ze een paar geselecteerde leveranciers met een transparante productie. In de pralinevullingen gebruikt ze graag fruit en bessen die door de familie zelf worden geteeld zonder kunstmest en pesticiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De hazelnootcr\u00e8me is een heerlijke hazelnootcr\u00e8me met meer hazelnootsmaak en minder suiker, die direct op de boterham of als luxe dessert kan worden gebruikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De eigenlijke productie vindt plaats in een chocoladefabriek aan de oevers van het M\u00e4larmeer, maar de winkel is gevestigd in een kleine ruimte aan de achterkant van Skoklosters V\u00e4rdshus. Je kunt de producten ook kopen bij geselecteerde boerderijwinkels en winkeliers. Tove biedt ook chocoladeproeverijen aan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
