De rust wordt enigszins verstoord door het feit dat het gebied in twee\u00ebn wordt gedeeld door weg 55, maar laat dat je niet tegenhouden. Hier kun je ronddwalen tussen grote reusachtige eiken of geurige weidebloemen, afhankelijk van welke kant van de weg je kiest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De imposante eiken zijn vele honderden jaren oud en bevatten een myriade aan leven dat gebruik maakt van elk deel van de boom. Zelfs nadat de boom is omgevallen, biedt hij nog een paar honderd jaar een habitat voor dieren, planten en schimmels. Sommige leven tussen de bladeren, andere op of in de bast en weer andere in de holtes van oude eiken. De meeste van deze insecten zijn zo klein dat je ze misschien niet eens ziet, maar als je leer ruikt, ben je de zeldzame lederkever tegengekomen die een toevluchtsoord heeft in Hjulsta!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-tiled-gallery aligncenter is-style-rectangular\"><div class=\"tiled-gallery__gallery\"><div class=\"tiled-gallery__row\"><div
