Bijna iedereen herinnert zich smaken en maaltijden die ooit een blijvende indruk hebben achtergelaten. Dit is wat Marloes \u00d6hrnell van \u00d6rsundsbro heeft gerealiseerd in haar bedrijf Smaakherinneringen<\/a>. Ze wordt gedreven door een grote passie voor alles wat te maken heeft met historische recepten, die ze verzamelt, proeft en presenteert. Als je nieuwsgierig bent naar oude voedseltradities en eten uit het verleden wilt ervaren, begin dan gewoon te botaniseren tussen de recepten! Misschien word je wel verliefd op de dinsdagse soep sluring of een majestueuze karameltaart uit Kasteel Hovdala?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gelanceerd in de zomer van 2025 Wereldwijde eetcultuur in Zweden<\/a>, een kookboek dat het resultaat is van een project gefinancierd door de Zweedse Landbouwraad. Wereldwijde eetcultuur<\/a>waar het doel is om oude voedseltradities die naar Zweden zijn gekomen te behouden en zichtbaar te maken met voedselliefhebbers van over de hele wereld. Een ander doel is om mensen die buiten Zweden geboren zijn en lokale voedselproducenten, zoals boeren en ambachtslieden, samen te brengen. Het boek, met 58 recepten uit 28 landen, is verkrijgbaar in alle grote online boekhandels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Er werden twee evenementen georganiseerd als onderdeel van het project. Het eerste vond plaats in 2024 in Kulturen in Lund tijdens de Cultuurnacht, met een markt en lezingen. Het tweede vond plaats in het voorjaar van 2025 in het Historisch Museum in Stockholm, waar verschillende leden van Fj\u00e4rdhundraland deelnamen en hun producten tentoonstelden op een drukbezochte markt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
