Bl\u00e5sippsbacken's Mathantverk produceert ijs en sorbet met spannende smaken, vooral bessen, fruit en kruiden. Wat dacht je bijvoorbeeld van rozemarijn gemengd met hazelnoten? Het ijs wordt met de hand gemaakt door de familie Lindell Hagelin, die het als een uitdaging ziet om te experimenteren met spannende smaken en nieuwe smaakcombinaties afhankelijk van het seizoen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Melk wordt opgehaald bij V\u00e4stervad Milk en eieren bij Boerderij Landsberga<\/a>. Het ijs wordt verkocht in bekers van verschillende formaten. Ze nemen graag bestellingen aan voor ijs op maat. Als je suggesties hebt voor smaken, zal de familie hun best doen om recepten te ontwikkelen en het ijs te maken zoals jij het lekker vindt. En als je je eigen bessen of fruit hebt, kunnen ze die gebruiken bij het maken. Stel je voor dat je op een feestje ijs kunt aanbieden met je eigen bessen uit de tuin! Ze maken nu ook klassieke Zweedse cheesecake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De boerderij heeft een ijssalon met zelfbediening, de IJssalon, waar je altijd ijs en cheesecake kunt kopen en die altijd open is. Tijdens Fj\u00e4rdhundraland evenementen wordt er een ijscaf\u00e9 georganiseerd op de binnenplaats en soms verkoopt de familie ook op markten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
