Linda en Torbj\u00f6rn runnen een kleinschalige boerderij waar biodiversiteit en klimaatvoordelen centraal staan. De focus ligt op oude cultuurvari\u00ebteiten zoals Dala landtarwe, dinkel en grauwe erwt. De producten worden verkocht onder de naam J\u00e4dra Bra Mat en zijn biologisch gecertificeerd volgens KRAV en de EU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Met veel verschillende gewassen en oude Zweedse vari\u00ebteiten die zich aanpassen aan de plaatselijke omstandigheden, neemt de biodiversiteit toe. De soortenrijke weiden worden begraasd door koeien, schapen en paarden, en Linda en Torbj\u00f6rn hebben een oude weide hersteld met veel hazelaars uit de jaren 1940. Je kunt brood, gebakken van cultuurgraan, kopen bij pastorie J\u00e4dra op Schillstr\u00f6ms ambachtelijke bakkerij<\/a> en met Sara's Brood<\/a>die ook meel verkoopt voor degenen die zelf willen bakken. Alle verschillende producten van J\u00e4dra Bra Mat zijn te koop bij verschillende REKO centra, waaronder Boerderijwinkel Landsberga<\/a>, Kvarnnibble Winkel en Showroom<\/a> en Boerderijwinkel \u00d6sterby<\/a> en in de kleine winkel van de boerderij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
