Pillan houdt ervan zowel zichzelf te trainen als anderen te helpen zich goed te voelen en zich te ontwikkelen in hun training. Ze is gediplomeerd personal trainer en geeft zowel groepstrainingen als personal training. Voor degenen die met zwangerschapsverlof zijn en op een veilige manier willen beginnen met trainen, wordt Mammastyrka aangeboden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De groepstrainingen worden gehouden in Canalladan naast het prachtige kasteel Ekolsund. In de zomer worden de trainingen vaak buiten gehouden - kun je je een mooiere omgeving voorstellen? Boekingen kunnen worden gemaakt via de website<\/a>, Het is ook mogelijk om af en toe te komen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
