Sara heeft een levenslange interesse in eten - en vooral in brood. Toen ze zuurdesem ontdekte, nam haar interesse in brood verder toe, en uiteindelijk zat er niets anders op dan een bakkerij te openen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het meel komt van kleinschalige molens en bestaat vaak uit verschillende soorten cultureel graan van lokale boerderijen. Samen met de lange fermentatietijden van het zuurdesem ontstaat brood met rijke smaken en een heerlijke structuur. Echt brood!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De eerste vijf jaar van de bakkerij runde Sara het vanuit haar keuken thuis, maar nu is er een nieuw gebouwde grotere bakkerij klaar, waardoor ze nog meer brood kan bakken! Je kunt haar brood ook kopen bij de REKO ringen in V\u00e4ster\u00e5s<\/a>, Uppsala De Bolands<\/a>, Sollentuna <\/a>en Bro<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
