The Fj\u00e4rdhundraland tour is our cycle route<\/strong> through the core of our area. It is 38 km long and runs between Fj\u00e4rdhundra and \u00d6rsundsbro, on nice roads with good opportunities for coffee breaks, detours or a swim. You are also close to several other destinations in Fj\u00e4rdhundraland, so you can use the trail as a base for your own route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trail is mostly on asphalt, but also has a few kilometers on lightly cycled dirt road. If you want 100% asphalt there is one alternative route here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A bike ride near Uppsala, Stockholm, Sala and V\u00e4ster\u00e5s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The route starts and ends at a bus stop. You can bring your bike on board<\/a> on the buses subject to location - bus 804 to \u00d6rsundsbro and 225 to Fj\u00e4rdhundra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From V\u00e4ster\u00e5s<\/strong> you can take the road via Tortuna towards K\u00e4rsta \/ Bred and follow the signs towards Fj\u00e4rdhundra just after Sag\u00e5n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Stockholm<\/strong> you can take the bike on the commuter train<\/a> against B\u00e5lsta. If you want to cycle far, there are nice roads from Kungs\u00e4ngen as well. M\u00e4lardalsleden<\/a> runs from Stockholm via Kungs\u00e4ngen and B\u00e5lsta to \u00d6rsundsbro where it connects to Fj\u00e4rdhundralandsturen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Dalarna, the Fj\u00e4rdhundraland tour is another way to bond Sverigeleden<\/a> with M\u00e4lardalsleden<\/a> and cycle to Stockholm and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
