Skogsbacken's cheese is a dairy that started in April 2010. The cheese, of organic cow's milk, including blue cheese cheese, putty cheese, white cheese cheese, stored hard cheese, cream cheese and salad cheese.<\/p>\n

Handcrafted cheese tastes more! A favorite is Skogsbackens Bl\u00e5<\/a> with a fig or something sweet, like jam on rhubarb or sea buckthorn\u2026<\/p>\n

Most of the production is bought by restaurants, shops and conference facilities. But you can also shop in their farm shop! Open every day 10-19. There you will also find other selected products from the area.<\/p>\n
