What does the visitor want for food on their visit to Scandinavia? How can we utilize the quality we have to find visitors who want a small-scale, personal stay in Sweden?<\/strong><\/p>\n

In order to get answers to these questions, we are now carrying out a project on food in combination with nature and culture. Thanks to Visit Upplands and Tillv\u00e4xtverkets projects Augmented export\u00a0<\/em>We now get the chance to focus half a year on how we collaborate efficiently around packaging and collaborations externally and internally, how we market towards foreign target groups and how we highlight Swedish food as a travel guide.<\/p>\n

We start February 27<\/strong><\/a> with a meeting with the tourism entrepreneur Per Jobs, who talks about how he successfully developed fishing tourism on Gotland and in Lapland, and how he works with the food as part of the experience.<\/p>\n
