Fj\u00e4rdhundraland ran the project New collaborations on locally produced food in Uppland<\/em>. The partners are - besides Fj\u00e4rdhundraland - Smaka p\u00e5 V\u00e4stmanland, Bondens mat i Uppland and the REKO-rings in Uppsala and Enk\u00f6ping. The project idea aimed to establish cooperation between several different networks of food producers. In the project, we conducted a network meeting for food artisans on August 10 at Wik Castle. And on September 3, 2022, activities were carried out at a food market with local food on Garden Day in Enk\u00f6ping. In the food market area, there was a stage program where we highlighted the local food artisans and products. All to make it easier for consumers to find good, local food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
