Both Martin and Jessica Faiss at Granum Musteri have a burning interest in pomology, apple growing and apple must. This has been the case for many generations, the farm has been passed down in the same family since the 1840s and apple growing has always been a core activity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today there are two plantations \u2013 the old and the new. The old one is from the 1930s and 40s and consists of solitary trees on large strong growing trunks. The new one was built in 2020 and is a modern trellised cultivation where the trees are densely planted with weakly growing stems. Common to both apple farms is that they grow old Swedish varieties, such as \u00c5ker\u00f6, Cox Orange and Ingrid Marie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the small-scale mustery, you can hand in your apples for mustering. The must, which is pasteurized and packaged in a bag-in-box, is unfiltered and completely without additives, just 100% apple. You can also buy the farm's own fine must. In 2021, Martin and Jessica received a bronze medal in the Must-SM for their "Ingrid Marie"!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cultivation and must are organically certified and Granum is a certified food artisan with Eldrimner.
