At Kronbacken, the Gauffin-Lindberg family runs beekeeping with quality and bee health in focus. The apiaries are placed in different locations with varying vegetation and the honey is assessed on several occasions. All to get many types of honey. The differences in taste, color and texture can be big! They think it's fun to be able to offer customers different taste experiences instead of industrially handled honey, where batches are mixed and heated and the taste becomes similar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only ecological methods are used in the treatment of varroa mites. New bee colonies build the family themselves with the goal that they should be as good as possible in view of bee health, temperament and honey production. They also grow their own queens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The honey is sold at home on the farm by agreement, at markets and in several farm shops. You can also buy premium wax for ointments, cosmetics, etc. It is 100 percent pure wax that the bees themselves have produced during the summer. The honey meets the quality requirements of the Swedish Beekeepers' Confederation and is therefore allowed to carry their labels and seals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will also find the honey in Landsberga farm shop<\/a>, on Wik castle<\/a>, Haga castle<\/a>, J\u00e4dra g\u00e5rd<\/a> and at Pekoe organic tea<\/a>. The honey sold at Wik Castle and used in the restaurant kitchen there comes from the hives in the castle park. Also the honey in the Landsberga farm shop, at J\u00e4dra farm and Pekoe organic tea comes from apiaries that are deployed with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kronbacken's honey is also included in the gift packages of Fj\u00e4rdhundraland products given to buyers and sellers by the real estate agency in Enk\u00f6ping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
