Beside the foot of \u00c4s\u00e5sen lies the small lake \u00c4s puss. Take a break at the fine rest area and look out over the open water and bird life. H\u00e4rnevi Hembygdsf\u00f6rening has done a good job of restoring the lake, which was about to grow again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lake is almost completely round and a handy memory of the ice age. \u00c4s\u00e5sen is a pebble rock formed by the inland ice floods. An iceberg was embedded among the deposits of the ridge, when the ice melted late in the sides, a large crater was filled with water, ie \u00c4s puss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On \u00c4s\u00e5sen<\/a> There are nice hiking opportunities. A little bit away is located H\u00e4rnevi plant nursery<\/a>, where the microwave oven finds both ice cream and coffee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
