At Franz\u00e9n's charcuterie, Kristofer Franz\u00e9n makes artisanal sausages and other charcuterie. Much is air-dried but there are also a lot of different fresh sausages, liver pate and other specialties in the range. Everything comes from pigs who have lived a good life outdoors with a lot of roaring in large pastures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
