The farm has sheep, cereal crops, cows and forestry. Honey is also produced here, and every autumn the farm's apple must is on sale, pressed and pasteurized in a nearby muster. The farm's specialty is lamb boxes, which can be ordered via Borup Farm's website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is clear that Borup Farm focuses on good animal care. The lambs grow up with their mothers, and the animals move freely between indoor and outdoor environments. Some of the grazing takes place in solar parks, where the sheep help to keep the vegetation down. The result of healthy animals is fine wool, beautiful skins and high quality lamb boxes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sheep grazing keeps the landscape open and promotes biodiversity. Feed in the form of grass, hay and straw is produced locally on the farm. The business is largely powered by self-produced solar electricity, with the surplus delivered to local residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Small-scale and locally produced in interaction with nature characterize the work on the farm to manage soil, forest and wildlife for future generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
