Dana has always loved flowers. Even as a young child, her favorite place was her grandmother's warm greenhouse where she helped sow and train seedlings. Dana's grandparents were gardeners and taught her everything they knew. So growing is in her blood! Now Dana has started growing cut flowers and wants to pass on her knowledge to others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The farm is located next to the beautiful Engs\u00f6 Castle and she offers cut flowers by season, from May-October. Dana enjoys all flowers with their many different shapes and colors, but she has a particular passion for dahlias, garden irises, snapdragons, peonies and roses. In 2024, dahlias will take center stage, with over 400 varieties on display at the Dahlia Festival on September 14-15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The flowers are hand-grown with care for nature and the biological cycle. No chemical pesticides are used. You can buy bouquets and plants in Slottboden, but you can also subscribe to bouquets and buy flowers for weddings and funerals. If you are a florist or shop and want to have locally grown flowers in your assortment, just contact Dana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She also offers courses and workshops in bouquet and wreath making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
