Perhaps you\u2019ve fallen in love with chanterelles, funnel chanterelles, and Karl Johan mushrooms and are curious about what other delicious edible mushrooms can be found in our forests.  The mushroom tour is led by a mushroom expert\u00a0<strong>Lara Pettersson<\/strong>\u00a0and the mushroom expert\u00a0<strong>Peppe Frosch<\/strong>\u00a0from Svampastiskt AB. Together, they also run\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.svamp.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sponge.se<\/a>, where you can read more about their activities.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">During the day<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We'll explore varied terrain and look for mushrooms while learning more about what we find in the forest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the tour, Lara and Peppe go over:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Species Identification<\/li>\n<li>Edible mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>Fungi That Can Be Mistaken for Other Species<\/li>\n<li>Poisonous Mushrooms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You'll also get tips on how to find good mushroom-picking spots and how to best care for your mushroom harvest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Theory and practice are interwoven throughout the day, and there\u2019s plenty of time to go over the mushrooms we find during our midday coffee break together.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Price<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Member of the Engs\u00f6 Local History Society: 195 SEK per person<\/li>\n<li>Non-members of the Engs\u00f6 Local History Association: 245 SEK per person<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The price includes the mushroom hunt and the guided tour led by Lara and Peppe.
