Do you remember the last time you felt the freedom to just let loose and dance? When was that? Were you a kid, or was it at a party?<\/p>\n

Now you have the chance again.<\/p>\n

I, Cornelia Ivarsson, am a certified Liberating Dance facilitator and will guide you through the dance. We\u2019ll follow the basics of Liberating Dance, focusing on your breathing so you can develop your own free movements in a state of mindful presence. For yourself, in community. We\u2019ll dance to all kinds of music\u2014pop, rock, classical, R&B, techno, everything\u2014from all kinds of countries, from the past and present. No set steps. No requirements and no pressure to perform. There\u2019s no right or wrong. Everyone can dance at their own level!<\/p>\n
