Vallgarns farm dairy has long been known for its good cheeses made from milk from the endangered Jämtgeten. In 2017, Michael and Kicki switched tracks to cheeses made from organic cow's milk. Then they also suited to KRAV-labeling the products. The dairy also makes cheese cake, which is gluten-free.
In the small farm shop you can buy everything good from Vallgarn. It is open, with self-service, 10-18 each day.
