The most prominent at Ytterkvarn is the stone bridge over Skattmansöån. Here, the fall height in the year has long been used for iron handling and in the 18th century an ironworks was established. Upplandsleden passes by Ytterkvarn and here is a resting place with a table of an old millstone. From here you can continue through Skattmansöådalen's nature reserve, on to Skattmansöbacken.
