In a charming red croft has Nina Enström its bakery Little Torpet's sweet, where she bakes cakes, buns, tasty biscuits and much more. Both with and without gluten and lactose. But what she likes most is to make pralines!
She creates small masterpieces of local ingredients and finest chocolates with creativity, detail finish and a fine taste. She sweetened the ganaches with honey from the countryside, while the flavors, among other things, come from Änga gård and Pekoe organic tea.
& #8221; Enköpingspralinen & #8221; is not only beautiful to look at with the lily of the city coat of arms at the top, but is also a belligerent culinary tribute to Pepparrotsstaden, which Enköping was known as a hundred years ago.
