White guide cafe in the countryside
In the beautiful Ådal valley, just outside Fjärdhundra, is Forsby. In one of the village's old mills, Ibba Andersson and Staffan Larson run a café and restaurant, with high quality ambitions and great personality.
On Saturdays and Sundays, Ibba fills the old Forsby bakery booth with good pastries and delicious sandwiches. You can sit outside at the mill pond and listen to the noise of the rapids, or in the tranquility indoors in the Upper Coffee Lounge.
Many Wednesdays, Staffan takes a seat at the stove and serves dinner cooked on locally produced ingredients, carefully selected wines and good beer. Friday night is pizza night.
Forsby mill cafe is part of White guide cafe, the guide that gathers Sweden's best cafes.
Forsby mill cafe is well worth an excursion! Also, keep track of the concerts that Forsby mill music scene arranges in the mill.
Here you find food for both body and soul.
