Many people have asked for a course on baking buns. And now it is here! The first session will be just in time for Advent and if it gets full I will add more dates. During the course we will put doughs and feel the difference between cold and hot fermented doughs. We will work with different fillings and flavors; shape different buns and lengths. Of course, there will also be saffron bread this day! A break with coffee and sandwiches is also included.
Price: 1300 kr/person
Maximum number of participants: 6 people (minimum 4 people)
Minimum age: 12 years
